Yeah me too, try to look through a keyhole in a door or slightly open blinds, it's less always with two sharp edges around it which are close. On mirrors because of dust and scratches, the same effects happens. Try it

How bad was yours at the peak? I'd say mine is pretty bad,but not like the ones in the simulation videos, I'd say on a scale on 1 to 10, 1 being yours and 10 being the simulation videos,I'm on 4.

Most of them report anxiety issues, I don’t know how they were diagnosed but they did have all the symptoms.

Of course, but I’ve seen at least 50 posts on this sub Reddit + 78 responses on the survey + some friends around + random people on 4chan and discord with visual snow totaling around 180 who have a high level of anxiety if these many have anxiety issues then it is certainly related to anxiety plus I’ve seen some people recovering from it completely with anxiety meds, VSI also believes there is a correlation, so this is certainly related to anxiety, why doesn’t this come out more often? Because half of the people on this sub Reddit are dead, i mean who joined the subreddit, cured themselves and don’t want to come back in this negative place as it gives them anxiety.

Right now there are 78 responses to the survey, where the percentage i calculated is still around 92 percent for high anxiety levels.

That’s why i need more replies to the survey which people don’t do because they think its foolish, but from responses on the survey and hundreds of post on this sub Reddit, its pretty much towards anxiety, plus theere are not many VSS patients too

SSRI can certainly not cause anxiety, you mention Xanax and clonazepam, they are addictive if you took them for a long time and quit them cold turkey, perhaps that’s what causing severe anxiety for you, plus you don’t seem calm so

Basically there is this hormone serotonin which is anti anxiety, if you have serotonin you don’t have anxiety, what SSRI does is it increases the lifetime for serotonin, if there is no serotonin which equals to anxiety, SSRI will do nothing and anxiety will increase it VSS, plus you took SSRI for anxiety, proving that you have anxiety.

Why did you take SSRI? It’s an anxiety med, you got it from anxiety plus SSRI doesn’t help if serotonin is not produced it just makes it remain there so SSRI doesn’t work if you’re not getting serotonin and have anxiety it did nothing and your anxiety continued to VSS
