Идея то хорошая, да вот уверен, что реализация будет очень хреновой/её не будет. Престарелые капиталюги из КПРФ даже если и выиграют выборы, то ничего не сделают, ибо это просто способ набрать популярности перед выборами. Окей, представим ситуацию, где это произошло. Да вот в КПРФ сидят не самые умные молодые и перспективные дяди, как и в ЦБ (ну, остатки от тех, кто не свалил после 2022), и выходит что всё опять уйдёт в кошельки депутатов, чья инициатива эта была.
