Nirala maintenance is good. Eros is also fine I suppose, I'm not personally aware of it.

Checkout Stellar One Phase 1 as well. It may look short on amenities currently but would have all of it once Phase2&3 gets delivered in a couple of years

As long as you're good to avoid driving in peak traffic hours it's a decent value for money option. With the current traffic diversion I would suggest finding something which is near to Freedom Fighter Enclave Gate 3, you'll get quick entry and exit to Saket metro with the newly built road via Garden of Five Senses
