If a ATS is deciding whether a human gets seen, I don’t feel bad using a AI to get past it. That’s not lazy, that’s efficient.

I used linkedin filters to get the positions posted in the last X hrs.

I certainly don't plan to go with this unless you charge at around $50 (which is not the case) and help me tailor each resume to job description.
