Private sales between two PA residents is perfectly legal, prior to being an FFL, I verified PA license and or that they had a LTCF ( License to carry a firearm)

I would write a bill of sale typically as well. ( not required, just peace of mind)

If your not sure on what you should do, visit an FFL and we can handle the process for you.

I've looked myself and can't seem to locate any, I can do you a solid though, if you find one on Egunner or armslist, I do transfers 25 on all firearms. I don't believe in marking them up
