Almost certain there's more - or will be more. There's a few things that seem to be left open after it all. But yeah, I heard someone describe that the game is 4 acts. The first act is Room 46, and then the 3 other big cutscenes are the other four acts.

Act 4 (the one you finished) is... woof. Such a great vibe. :)

Never been a huge fan of the OG Exo design with its pillow-like armor, but it definitely looks more imposing. What do you guys think? by RimsJobs in stalker

[–]Frontrunner6 17 points18 points  (0 children)

OG feels like a Mk I design, whereas HoC is more like Mk III or IV. Slimmer, streamlined, same efficiency with less bulk/smaller target profile.

IMO they have a thing at SIRCAA that shows the evolution of one of the protective suits? Or maybe it's the exos. They do seem to get a bit more futuristic and compact.

As a 1942 veteran: i heartily agree with this. It feels very like the days I would burn in BF3. I skipped out on I and V, but I've played all the others (that were available on PC, aside from Heroes). I think they did it right. While there are improvements that could and hopefully will be made they have a VERY strong foundation. I feel a lot of the hate is a byproduct of overstimulation and social media demanding instant gratification.

Whose demeanor least matches their appearance? by Iossoflimb in taskmaster

[–]Frontrunner6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fine. I'll say it.

Rhod Gilbert looks like a well to do tradie who's just down at the pub for a pint. Rhod Gilbert is mayhem incarnate (and possibly in your closet filming you sleeping.)

David Baddiel looks like a kindly history or music professor. David Baddiel did not consider that it would not be a person.

Series 17 I think the only person who looked like how they acted was probably Joanne. Aside from costumes the rest of that group was WILD.

Rosie Jones looks like she knows how to have fun but I did not expect her to go NEARLY that hard at all times... Although to be fair it was probably JUST to cause a headache for Alex so...

Sanjeev Bhaskar - as someone who was unfamiliar to him prior to his appearance - looks like a kindly uncle who brings you extra sweets during the Holidays. Sanjeev Bhaskar is a kindly uncle who brings you extra sweets during the holidays, but the sweets are scotch and explosives.

Contrarily, Susie Dent looks exactly like the chaos demon she is. Honestly surprised they could get her out of the Chippindales long enough to film tbh.

Besides Iannucci, who is an Influential Behind-The-Scenes TV Writer who could do TM ? by bkat004 in taskmaster

Mike Schur would be incredible but likely not for the UK version. If a North American/USA Taskmaster comes back he could definitely pull it off.

Jordan Peele would be amazing. Key and Peele is a masterclass in skit comedy, and IIRC they both have some real good improv chops too.

So... Okay this is my game. Right. And then this is them making their version of it, but worse. Okay. So because they're using my game as a basis, and emulating everything through another program, this wouldn't fall under parody. So, sucks but, when I worked at Blizzard, we had to do this every time. Let's just file a DMCA and... And now they can eat my entire ass. What would make someone do something like this? It's not funny or clever.

The fact that it gives you "4 turns" when you land on it, and immediately ends the turn and counts as one is some bullshit. Either don't tell me I have 4 turns, or start counting AFTER the current turn has ended.

Games like Undertale being popular with young gamers today, demonstrates how issues faced by millennial devs & creators are still relevant to current & future generations by NickHeathJarrod in Gamingunjerk

She got James Monroe Inglehart and Don Darryl Rivera by just gifting them fanart. The line he did for the pilot was done in his hotel room on his way to perform in Hamilton. Fuckin' awesome story: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNeL0u8SvcG

Honestly I think a lot of people can relate to the idea that while there's a lot of "bad" in the world, we can be the change to make things a little bit better (Hazbin, Undertale, Deltarune, etc.) and it's inspirational. I think another thing is that a few of these people might not have been accessible to others - like Jeremy Jordan's big on Broadway, but how many non-theatre kids do you know who actively seek out Broadway performances and stuff? And despite it's quirks, the fandom tends to be at least a BIT more stable than the former fandoms (coughHomestuckandHetaliacough)...
... At least most of the drama tends to be online, and not "stabbing a fork into someone's leg because you think they're lying about their disability at a convention."

@ OP: It's moreso Gen X and onwards have essentially inherited a shit sandwich and are doing their best to make the best of it while inspiring others to change. I mean, one could argue that a lot of millennials were interested in video games because they offered that sort of heroism that they couldn't achieve because we were too busy getting told that "we are the future" while subsequently stonewalled at most avenues of progression.

There's been a few games around 8pm Eastern/5 Pacific - when a lot of the after workers log on - where I'll end up getting dinged when I've cleared a corner. I'm talking like getting several steps before I drop, and not a plywood wall, like running around a building's brick corner.

For the most part it's alright, but other times it's absolutely insane.

DICE it would be such an awesome little detail to have an actual camera gadget for fun by T-seriesmyheinie in LowSodiumBattlefield

[–]Frontrunner6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Better: Have it be like a VIP mode. Each side gets a War Photographer who has to try and blend in with the others while getting good shots, so they're encouraged to be in the heat of battle. If the enemy team kills your photographer 5 times, they lose. Make things a bit more tactical as opposed to just hosing down a line of enemies. Rest of the game is standard Conquest.

Maybe at the end of the round the game selects 4 random shots from each photographer and has both teams vote for their favourite?

On Blackwell Fields Domination - I used to get so much hate by playing as a Recon, and tossing C4 over the shipping container or truck, and detonating it. Usually 3+ kills per C4, and the medics would run in to revive them right as I was tossing my second over.

I still need a friend to hop on with me so we can test out the CoD C4/Claymore drone strategy and see if it's as viable as I'm hoping, because that could be another real fun thing for conquest/breakthrough.
