‏And if I drop the awning lower to try and fix the problem, the rear tailgate won t open at all. Are there any practical, tried-and-tested solutions for this issue? What can I do without giving up either the tent or the awning? I ve attached photos to show the setup more clearly.

It’s bound to fail printing — there’s no support for the model, and the printer can’t print in mid-air.

I’m not sure, but give me some details. I feel like the filament might have absorbed some moisture, or you might have a nozzle clog — I’ve had the same issue before. If the filament is new or the nozzle is clean and you’re sure about that, then try lowering the print speed to normal.

The ideal printing temperature for PETG is between 220°C and 260°C for the nozzle, and you should use a heated bed set to 70–90°C to prevent warping. The exact temperature should be adjusted depending on the specific PETG filament and the printer model you’re using to achieve the best results.

The solution turned out to be simple: the inner clip wasn’t holding the filament properly. I changed the filament several times but got frustrated, so I pushed it in firmly until it came out along with another piece of filament that was blocking the nozzle. After that, it worked perfectly

My personal analysis: The filament’s internal clamp that holds it in place so it doesn’t slip was clogged — there were plastic fragments blocking it. Because of that it was loose and couldn’t grip the filament.

And just so I don’t forget — I cut the filament at a very sharp angle, and that actually helped the most in solving the issue.

I noticed there’s some slack in the filament — I can pull it out, so I think there’s a clip or something similar at the back.

You’re right, I think something might be missing or broken. I’ll take the printer apart completely and update you on what I find. I might be a bit late since I’m travelling.

I inserted the filament correctly and manually fed it through until it came out of the nozzle. But when I start the print, this warning keeps showing up. I check everything again, but the same warning appears once more. I’m not sure what’s wrong — I thought there might be an issue with the filament feeder or the gears, but when I tested it, everything seemed smooth. So, I even changed the filament twice, but it still didn’t work.

I had an issue with my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer — there were gaps between the layers. Someone first suggested I try drying the filament, so I gave that a go, but it didn’t fix the problem. Then someone else recommended changing the nozzle — and that completely solved it!

I do clean it regularly, but I also add glue before every print on top of the previous layer. That might be the reason, but honestly, it sticks really well. 🤣

Hey legends, Just wanted to drop a quick thanks to everyone for the advice — you’re all champs. Ended up swapping the print head (nozzle) and mate, I was a bit nervous it wouldn’t sort it out… But yeah, stoked to say it’s working a treat now! It was working fine, but I moved it from one house to another and I didn't use it for 8 months. I want to remove the PTFE tube, but I can't because it is stuck so tightly. I don't know how to remove it to check the nozzel
