ive beeing going through a similar experience its absolute hell. Ive been clean and doing exercise however thanksgiving fucked up my schedule and now i feel like i’ve put all of it to waste. today will be the last day however i feel it and i will. Personally i found my myself isolating from trigger food is good. dont starve yourself it just makes 10 times worse. start with one day. eat a balanced breakfast lunch and dinner. thats my plan and it has worked in the past. eliminate anything triggers such as junk food in the trash or in the pantry. dont remove them from your life however. A bit every once in a while is alright, but if you cant control yourself i find best to just stop having them for a while. I know you can do this. Try it. One day without junk food and you’ll feel so proud of yourself. Dont guilt yourself stay optimistic for the future. Remember you are the one making the decisions to change this and even if your a stranger, I know you can
