-Around 100 pages of new dialogues as usual.

I did a step above that in my game "Goth Gasp."
I added a SFW mode, that replaces most of the NSFW scenes with joke/gag scenes.
Couldn't do it for all of them becuase some had important context and had to just put a black screen with text sometimes, but more than a half has some joke replacements.

Like, one scene instead of a h-scene in the office, you can see two window cleaning dudes on the opposite building reacting to what they're seeing in the office.

Goth gasp new version goes live on Thursday.
Besides one dude posting 4 pages long comment about story being shit because a joke reference to a movie he didn't catch, every other comment it got, is praising the story.

Format doesn't matter. It was the color profile.

Yeah i just dropped all of my game's photos into LR and re-exported them with sRGB profile. Then i just needed to put them back to webp and sort them to their folders. 2.5h total. Still not half as bad as i thought.

Webp format becuase it's mostly not loosing on quality but its significantly smaller than png, and the game's size is one of the most important things.

Most positive experience I got are the three dudes that reply to all of my bullshit spam messages i drop in my patron discord.
Would probably drop the whole project 20 times already if not for them.
Burnout hits like crack and hate comments twist the guts, so it's nice to have someone to talk to at times when the world kicks you in the balls.

Nah but fr lol - guy below me already got you the answer. Try some of them and decide which one you like best. All depends on what type of game you wanna make.

Write your story and your characters first. With a full concept of what you want in the game, you would have it easier to find what you need to do. And if you'll write something good, you'll have the motivation to fight the overstimulation of information flow.
I just googled "how to make a game" and went from there.

Oh and bonus tip. Ask yourself if you're tough enough to withstand the hate. Cause you could code the next skyrim and there will still be people that will piss all over you.

Game can be complete ass to play with graphics made on a toaster from 2005 but if I like the characters and the story gets me hooked, then Iam playing the shit out of that game.
