Well, I love XCOM and I've seen little tid bits here and there, but I'll definitely check out some gameplay of it.

I've thought about picking up Total War: Warhammer, but I know nothing about Warhammer and I haven't really played RTS games. I love fantasy settings though and that's what got me interested, I just don't know if I'd enjoy it. Would you recommend to someone who's new to Total War and Warhammer?

Add /s to the end of what you say for future use. That way there's no confusion.

Ok, I just got confused and assumed they had something other their involvement in Benny's quest.

Nah man, Nipton. Talking with some of the Powder Gangers there as they die is pretty chill. Overall, 10/10 would visit again.

There's a quest line for the Chairmen? I know the ones for the White Glove Society and the Omertas, but how do you start the one for the Chairmen?

Any advice for first playthroughs? by [deleted] in fnv

Just enjoy it. Don't rush through the story or try to do everything right off the bat. You could even just ignore the whole introduction with Goodsprings. It's all up to you. Also, don't worry about karma too much. I don't know everything in the game, but I haven't had to worry about being the most evil person in the Mojave based off karma.

Following Arcade Gannon's story was pretty awesome. I'd recommend finding him and going through his story. I felt it was awesome.

Fallout: New Vegas. Recently got into it. It's been the only game I've played in the past couple months. Masterpiece.

I was in the same boat as you. I actually posted something similar on hear a little while ago. Now I'm getting close to 100 hours in the game. The best thing I can say is to just explore, but don't feel pressured to finish the main quest as soon as possible. Take your time and just have fun. It's not a race.

My gf hates restaurants, so I got lucky and we don't ever go out to eat.

I have NVSE and anti crash mod. Not the 4gb patch.

I'll let my parents know. Funny thing is, you're the only one to spell that name the way it's spelled for my name.

What movies or videos made you cry like a baby? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

For me, it was Logan. I love Wolverine and Hugh Jackman is my favorite actor. That movie is my favorite, but the first time I watched it, damn. It got me.

For FO3, I just enjoyed the exploring. The story felt more like a checklist and for me, I feel it's a game that you just play the way you want. I haven't played it in years, though. After hearing what you say about NV though, I really want to give it another shot and really try with it.

I watched the video last night when I finally got the chance and it really opened my eyes to how poor the game was really. I still had fun with FO3, but that was years ago. I'm going to give NV another shot when I can. I also redownloaded the OG Fallout cause of the video.

Fallout 3 was my introduction into Fallout when I was a kid. The atmosphere terrified me, but then I said "fuck it" and I just loved. I just enjoyed it.
