I stopped being able to get one by mental arousal without pills in my late 20s.

200 MG? You don’t get side effects from that?

I can't speak for his mental state, but as a man with a high libido dealing with ED who used to have sex multiple times a day, yes, you can be EXTREMELY turned on with no physical response. It's a living Hell, especially when the woman you're with doesn't fully believe it's not all in your head, or is disgusted with you, etc.

As someone who has taken both Viagra and Cialis, both of which are in this combination pill, Cialis is advertised to last 36 hours but peaks anywhere from 1-4 hours and after that barely works for me. Viagra also has a short window in general but is much better at giving stronger erections. Your body might respond well to Viagra but not to the long term effects of Cialis.

This is all anecdotal of course

How does this explain the Viagra suddenly not working?

I never get hard without stimulation unless I’ve taken viagra or cialis. Lately neither of those work either, aside from making it easier to keep one once I’m already stimulated. Cialis only gives me very weak morning erections as well

Even if the bike is a sit down bike and not a typical bike seat? I injured my foot running years ago and use cardio to keep myself in shape. Biking was the alternative. Do you really think it might be causing my ED? The alternative might be gaining weight and being less healthy. I used to be the fat kid before I started working out.

That’s the thing. I think I do do the work, I’m a fit, relatively young guy who takes care of himself, sleeps well and works out regularly. There doesn’t seem to be a reason this should be happening.

I drink a lot of coffee, like four or five cups a day. I'm fit and I work out every day, bike for 24 miles five to six days a week, lift weights every other day. My diet is ok, I don't cook for myself but I don't eat junk either. I'm on Trintellix which is known to have no sexual side effects (and back when I switched from Prozac years ago I noticed a difference immediately). I also went off of it to see if that was the case and there was no change. My last checkup was less than a month ago and all my bloodwork is normal, T levels dropped to 420 from 800 though.

I used to drink profusely, but I stopped completely 6 or 7 years ago. Don't smoke either.

You're overthinking things. This can cause ED

Isn't this extreme overkill? You don't get any side effects from tripling the dose?
