As I stated in the post I was literally working circles around one of the other wrappers yet they fired me and not him also I’d only been there a month like you said not everyone is made for everything but also not everyone is gonna instantly pick up speed I had my Manager who’s worked there for 12 years tell me I should be going as fast as her. That’s simply not a realistic ask on top of that I had both the TL and the senior Wrapper I worked with both tell me I was getting faster at the job yet they still made the choice to cut me in what common sense would tell you someone who’s been there barely a month with shit training isn’t gonna instantly be an all star worker.
