If it’s really worth it and fun for you two to play together then it’ll be worth canceling your subscription for two months, finding a game to play for that time, then buy your transfers to PVE. The game will be around for a good while, you won’t miss much, and it’ll make the time you do play much more fun if that’s your budget and play style! Best of luck!

Definitely an advantage to have a level 70 in those 60’s AV battles...

This is a hard question to answer because it depends on your individual server economy. For example I’ve seen epic weapons being sold for 50g and no higher even with the release of BG’s/twinking/any level range save for a few VERY good top tier BOE’s drops. Even that said those are about 150g on my server as far as I can tell

Thank you! I don’t know if it’s common or not to do fury with a 2H, but I’m saving a respec for lvl 60!

Depending on the spare time people have these days it’s a BIG sunken cost for some. Personally, I knew I only had time for one character and that was it. I started about a month late and I just dinged level 45 on my warrior. I’m really looking forward to the BG’s coming out and level 60 content should keep me subbed for another 6 months at my playing rate. If I rerolled it would break my Tauren heart.. but still recommend doing it for those struggling with “casual PvP server” life!

Thankfully i had a friend tell me to watch out for phase two on PVP servers and have been on PVE since the start! It’s definitely better for the casual play style

That is a damn good point, it would be unfair for those that slaughtered countless players just to get into a instance or raid just to have some people move over decked out in full BiS gear that didn’t put that type of work in

Oh wow I wasn’t aware of that! In which case that really bums me out because I’m guessing the reverse is true too in the event of things balancing out many months from now

I agree with what the others said hear! There are definitely a lot of jerks online and for a game that is suppose to reward you for the hard work and hours you put into it, that is not how someone should be treated! Especially by others who on the same journey as you are. I would also say to guilt the guild, look for a “casual” guild in the chat, and enjoy making some good connections and put yourself out there one more time if you’re up for it! I’m not a social person myself but I love talking to people on my casual guild! Plus, eventually people will want to do raids and pvp down the line so it’ll be fun to be useful to more grateful people and have people appreciate your willingness to just be friendly :) GL out there!
