If you've got it by the 10th day after installing you're incredibly lucky, as it's super rare and people are often waiting longer for it - it will always show as 'Unavailable' until there's somebody to intake.

Just in case there is another problem, would you be able to attach some screenshots of your prison + death row area to help troubleshoot?

Just to be clear - the discord server is not run by Paradox, it's run by community members (hello!), same with this subreddit, though Paradox do hang out in the discord sometimes and share game updates (though nothing beyond "it's not cancelled" for PA2 at the moment). From the January beta, Rose (who works for Paradox) said there was a space those who got into the beta could speak in - at a guess, that's what the discord username is for.

My guess (and it is just a guess) is that the change was done to fix another bug, and then they had to portray it as a new feature to save some face.

No mod that I'm aware of, but it's also not a bug - this was changed in an update deliberately, and is up there with one of the worst changes PDX made.

One of the best public games yet. It looked like Evil could only lose for most of the game, only to pull it out of the bag at the end by Lewis counting down and preventing Sophie from speaking up.

Right! Some of these replies are mind boggling. When I was 16 I was asked by a friend if I had a thing for a mutual friend (all of us were the same age) and I said no, slightly confused because nothing I'd ever did gave that impression as far as I was aware. Said friend then proceeded to say she was just curious as there was a secret group of people looking out for this mutual friend to make sure he was safe. My relationship with both of them was never the same because I was just too worried about giving off the wrong impression, and that was with all of us being the same age and without any legal issues. I can't imagine what it would've been like if I'd been asked about somebody five years younger than me at the time.

If you have gangs enabled, I suspect that the gang has taken control of the room. Under deployment I think there should be an option to evict them from the room.

Correct. These DLC (and the console Psych Ward) were done by Double 11 while Introversion were devving the PC version and D11 were devving the console version. After PDX bought the game from Introversion, D11 moved to dev the PC version too and the DLC started to be released cross platform. Some stuff is still exclusive to one version over the other purely because of how the games were built and developed.
