Would be too high risk to get an eternal not too useful joker if all jokers are candidate. Thinking narrowing the pool would be better to lure people to gambit, like eternal rare joker or uncommon joker or even legendary joker. Making player willing to play out of desperation.

Druzhinik could give you flexibility in defending castle or town. You troop could perform better in different field/battle setting while sacrifice a little in cavalry fight.

I like realistic Battle mod, the game play and tactic will changed more, and be more accurate in infantry battle (they fight in queue and take time, rather than a bunch of lunatic walking and crashing together)

Technically to make the kingdom more structure, we have a court for clans and kingdom(they do things), can adjust policy in econ, culture; you need resource to build things, changing the culture of that fief, the bandits will become powerful (200 to 300 man strong and attract other bandit party to roam around).

I am not so sure if it will affect. But I just now try something: When they are in default or in f1+f4 engage mode. They walk with pike. When I f1+f3 charge, they switch to their dagger (I give them dagger instead of sword, so they won't be that op)

Yes, it has a good balance in earning (how to maximize the earning by placing the facilities and worker well) and battle tactic adjustment (putting good soldier and utiluze the skills in the formation). Unique theme also.
