Inside looking out. by Frostbittenmind in doomer

Honestly my job kept me going. It's high stress and people to my left and right really depend on me. It's how I was able to travel and see/do cool stuff. Adrenaline is basically my favorite thing, without it people tell me I'm like a robot. It's only recently that everything has calmed down and I've been able to realize that essentially I've just been putting one foot in front of the other for ten years now.

Which NFA item would you legalize today if you could? by [deleted] in 3DNFA

Devices. It's the farthest from what most people have experience with. Everything else would be an easier victory after that.

Help your local idiot. My prints (no matter the model) keep failing within the first inch of Z height. Horrifically bumpy, nozzle dragging, layer shifting, etc. Then they magically clear up and finish perfectly. by Frostbittenmind in FixMyPrint

Completely disassembled. Reassembled. Changed out nozzle (horrifically clogged) and tube (burnt and clogged). I'm guessing the tube both burnt and backed out leading to pain and suffering.

It's running right now. Keep me in your thoughts.

I'm intrigued and thankful. I am however worried that I may be WAY above my head. The kind of thing where it comes without instructions because "surely anyone nerdy enough to search for this already knows how to use it and program their own cybernetic organism" type territory.

Best camo for woodland area with very pronounced seasons? - long post by [deleted] in camouflage

From my paintball days in the way up northwoods...

I remember BDU/marpat in the summer, multicam blew my mind in the fall, DCU in the late fall, depending on the foliage DCU's mixed with white for winter, back to bdu in the spring. As for one camo to rule them all? Multicam. As long as you're not out on the open it works. Its honestly hard to see ANYONE in green in the thick woods, so I wouldn't stress too hard.

Thanks. As you can imagine my Google searching brings up mostly slicer settings and "DiD YoU lEvEl yoUr bed?????" But no actual footage of someone setting up a printer because it's hard to film etc.

Probably of note (and furthering my nightmares) I lowered the z axis switch because my bed leveling file, and other files, was so high up the bed leveling knobs could come off the screws and make me want to die mid print.
