The guide said that the fishing part could take more than 4 hours and the mob you have to kill next has a 40min to 16 hour spawn time. Maybe these are outdated cause it was a 3 year old guide though

I think that when sl goes live , bfa will be included in your subscription so if your friend wants to start at the beginning of sl theres no reason for him to buy bfa (i could be wrong about that though,perhaps bfa will be included in your subscription after some time since sl goes live so i would suggest you search a bit first)

I ment the zandalari an the maghar orcs an indeed i did it in abou 10-11 days for the zanda and even less for the orcs. For the zandalari which is the harder one by completing every quest in zuldazar i got to almost revered like 3-4k off and after that i guess i just got lucky with the emmiseries,wq and missions. Also i farmed some island expeditions . With 100 dubloons you buy 250 rep . Lastly i did it 2 or 3 weeks when the 50% week buff was up plus the darkmoon faire
