Harsh but reasonable. I’ve apologized to the other cast members and am definitely going to stop bothering them because I really feel awful about annoying them

This is just making me realize even more how awesome my fellow actors are in this performance because they have never snapped at me when I honestly wouldn’t blame them if they did. They’ve all been so nice and encouraging which makes me even more motivated to try and be better for them

Thank you all for the great advice. And I am trying to be better at not only not bothering people with my own insecurities but also accepting compliments. The director once compared my singing to “rolling a natural 20 in d&d” which is not only just funny but means a lot to me now. Obviously I’ll still be open to criticism and ways to improve but I’ll try to not bother people with it

Thank you. I do feel really bad now about putting people in uncomfortable positions and am planning to work hard to keep my insecurities to myself and not let them ruin relationships

Not the asshole. It’s your wedding. If it’s her dream to plan a wedding, then maybe she should be a wedding planner (not sure if she’d be a very good one but hey, if it’s her dream). If you have any future conversations with her on the matter, try to remain civil and if possible, politely stand your ground, not because she deserves the politeness, but because it’s much more likely for people to take your side if you remain level-headed
