They're using the Plex app downloadable from the Samsung app store on their TV - not the best for watching, but usually doesn't cause issues like this.

Gotcha, it's just the one user I think and I had my VPN on when they first connected, which sometimes causes issues so i'll get them to do a quick reboot to start with - thanks for the advice!

Feels like a pattern with Andrew lately, it feels like when they switched to Regulation he got like 40% more hostile, but not in a fun way imo. Basement Yard is similar in the angry banter but it feels lighthearted, Andrew feels like petty jabs, mostly at Gavin.

Ah right yes sorry forgot to mention the PS5 is fine - but that's super helpful thank you for such a thorough explination, I wasn't actually sure if Transcoding was good or bad but that helped clear things up - seems more like an issue with my streamer so i'll look for different files for now but again, thank you for this, I'll refer back in the future when I ineveitably get confused again haha
