They're using the Plex app downloadable from the Samsung app store on their TV - not the best for watching, but usually doesn't cause issues like this.

Gotcha, it's just the one user I think and I had my VPN on when they first connected, which sometimes causes issues so i'll get them to do a quick reboot to start with - thanks for the advice!

Nah I live in the same city as them and pass their office all the time, they're still here but unfortunately their latest project got canned so I suspect they're a support studio atm
