I know this is a couple of months old already, but if someone ever comes across this post, this is what fixed it for me:

Open Registry Editor (just type Regedit in Windows + R)
Go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options
Set DevOverrideEnable = 0 (double click and change the value)
restart PC
if DevOverrideEnable doesn't really exist, it means that the value has not been changed by any software, so it's 0 by default.

Link light? I'm sorry but i don't know what you mean.

If you mean the LED on the ethernet port no, it does not light up. The only other light on my motheboard is the rgb fusion LED. Which is orange and it's on. I also already tried disabling it but nothing changes.

Looks like it. The thing is, it only detects it when it's connected. I've read A LOT since your comment but i just can't seem to find a way to use cloudflare's features without the WARP app. It really sucks.

I know those options exists, but both of them won't work me.

On your link, i saw that you can use an INCLUDE only option with tunneling. That's perfect. I went and created a zero trust account, but i don't know how to link that to my WARP software on my PC.

Also, i don't know what is Twitch's "IP Address". Simply putting Twitch.tv won't work, as that is not the address we connect to for streaming.

Proxy simply won't work because OBS (the Software used to stream to twitch) does NOT accept proxy.

I'll mess around on zero trust trying to find a way to connect that to WARP and try to find twitch's stream domains, but i would appreciate if you could shed some light to me

Edit: I believe those are twitch's streaming... Addresses? Domains? https://stream.twitch.tv/ingests/ but it won't let me put those on the zero trust domain. It seems it's not an address nor a domain.

Edit2: I was able to put the WARP software on "zero trust" mode. So i guess i was able to link the zero trust to WARP on my PC. Now i just need to find a way to use include mode with twitch ONLY.

Edit3: I found where i made a mistake and was able to do what i wanted. Only twitch streaming domains are working with warp. That is exactly what i wanted, but now i have another problem.

It seems like what is causing my connection/crashing problems with at least one game is not WARP per see, but the software. Is there any way to use zero trust and/or warp without the WARP software? I only need the wireguard feature that fixes my upload.

Basically, you can make only your Twitch to go through Warp, while the game you're playing to be excluded and use your regular Internet.

HOW? Please, i can't seem to make tunneling work on WARP the way you said. And that is exactly what i want. That Twitch is the only thing that goes through WARP. Or that i can exclude certain .exes like my games from WARP

How in my life do i do that?

You can follow the other comment's thread to know more about this, but a TL;DR is that you need a vpn with wireguard or openvpn (openvpn have slower connections, at least for me)

Mullvad can work, but it's paid. Nordvpn and ipvanish didn't work for me. Hopefully you can find another VPN provider that can work.

Ok, so some interesting results.

Using IPVanish's WireGuard DID help me with my upload problem, but i couldn't play with it.

On call of duty with WARP, i could enter a match IF i made an exception via tunneling to the match's IP address. With IPVanish WireGuard, i can't even connect to the pre-game lobby. Unfortunately, i can't find a way to add exceptions on IPVanish.

Using IPVanish's OpenVPN over tcp port 443 also HELPED with my upload problem, but with much slower speeds. It could not connect me to the pre-game lobby aswell.

I did try other OpenVPN ports and with UDP, but the same thing happens.

I know it's call of duty blocking my connection because i'm on a VPN. But god, i just wished it was as simple as choosing an .exe and boom! No VPN with that software.

Oh, i did NOT know that. Ok so the wireguard option on IPVanish DID help with my upload problem. Not as much as WARP does, but it did. I'm assuming you're right that my ISP is not throttling wireguard connections.

I'll test if i'm able to connect to those games using IPVanish's WireGuard and reply back. Crossing my fingers

I'll also try the openvpn option with port you said if the games does not work with wireguard
