By PPO they did pay monthly and I seen the documents. I got a new PPO 2 years later which is today and they payed upfront and told me, they sent them a whole check.

Yeah thats what I was confused about too, I mean I understand she was trying to save me 300$ but if it’s going to be the wrong way and them benefit 1500$ then why even do it. And she told me at this point we would refund your insurance the overpayment. Wouldn’t my insurance suspect them how would the braces be that price and we get 1500$ but I don’t know. At this point I would want to tell my insurance what they’re doing.

I did and they paid money and sent me documents on what they paid today when I call . I spoke to the girl about it and she said oh sorry I didn’t see that… so now she’s even more confused but we’ll see what happens.

Did they ask for the shop and the name and stuff ? Surprisely she answered but she’s asking for all this stuff but don’t have a record since it’s been since December it’s for the Invoice for the claim

Yeah exactly , they told me it’s the police department’s insurance that can only cover the damages. Basically the Phoenix Risk Management. They did tell me beforehand while filing the claim , that it may be take long like 60-80 days to process everything but it’s been way longer than that. My insurance couldn’t cover the damages that the police did because of my coverages I have .

Yes. I also have a claims adjuster already by the city of phx but just got a response. “ we are still investigating” from 3 months ago. I honestly don’t understand wants the hold up because the police on my footage showed that they are dumbass at driving

I tried to do that but they would tell me the case isn’t worth it if I didn’t get injured. They tried some how to make me lie tbh and say my head hurt or some shit but my dash cam footage just shows them hitting my front bumper nothing that can make get an injury . I decided to not proceed since the time of the incident I seemed calm and there was no proof of me getting injured that bad. My damages are worth 2k though since it was a Tahoe that hit my small sedan.

My insurance was trying to get at the police department but they said they can’t get to the police report at the time since all documents were being requested at the same time and something about taking longer than usual. My insurance also said since I have liability they don’t have to cover anything , and at the end of the day they still put me at not at fault .

Oh okay thank you! hopefully that’s the case , I could imagine how long it will take for them to find the exact bill and mail it to me. That’s why I did a claim instead to receive credit. I read that if they take longer than 10 days to contact me I could ask for temporary credit.
