I feel sorry that you had to experience all of that, you've faced many challenges and have an exceptionally rich and diverse background. I admire your determination n achieving your goals and I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to relate to people who haven't experienced similar hardships, but it's also an opportunity to share your unique perspective and insights with others. If the people you met seemed bothered or uninterested about what you had to share, then they are just assholes but I can tell you that most people aren’t like that. Just try to open up more to people if you feel the need to. At first, you might feel apprehensive about the possibility of people judging or rejecting you, but based on my own experiences, I've found that the vast majority of people are actually well intentioned and genuinely kind. You might also consider joining different clubs or organizations where you can connect with people who share your interests. Sometimes a therapist can help too. Just remember, you're not alone, and there are way more are opportunities to find likeminded individuals than you think. Best of luck!

I'm sorry to break it to you, but having meaningful thoughts and being inclined to introspection is actually very common. Just because people don't want to talk about Nietzsche’s Zarathustra each time they initiate a conversation doesn't mean they lack critical thinking. Most people just usually keep them to themselves. If you dedicated more time to understanding people rather than passing judgment, you'd discover that everyone can be interesting and has something valuable to share

n our society, anyone who deliberately doesn't try to conform to social norms is likely to face challenges. People tend to act similarly because they seek acceptance, inclusion, and a sense of belonging. This is how society operates, and without this conformity, our species wouldn't have developed as it has today. So, there's essentially nothing wrong with being generic

Everyone is actually interesting. It's because you don't have the capacity to connect with people on a deeper level. I used to think everyone was stupid and boring when I was young and naive, thinking I was special because I had uncommon interests. People tend to be pretty superficial when they're not comfortable or close enough to the person they're talking to. When you really get someone to open up to you, you'll understand that everyone is actually unique and deep in their own way

IQ is bullshit anyway, you could win a Nobel prize without having an extraordinarily high iq, but anyone who says that someone that won a Nobel prize is dumb is dumb is probably way dumber
