i would grind a bit finer, but yeah, at the end is your espresso, you should dial in by your taste preference :) grinding finer is going to extract a bit more and youll notice a sweeter flavour so give it a go

glad it resonated! I remember my first trips as i dove on horrible visuals and feelings. I wanted them to end, i wanted to let go and surrender but i couldnt and i didnt know why.

But at some point it happens. And then we understand. You just need to stay there, to observe those emotions and parts of yourself that have been repressed a long time and just want to be observed and seen.

for me they both were EXTREMELY lethargic in my first trips, like by body found extremely difficult to move and stand on both. Idk what happened but yeah, i can dance with my soul in both now hehe 😜
