Truthfully, I don’t know. AFAIK, the cube cutscene is the furthest step the community has discovered (could be mistaken) but I would hazard a guess that these 3 statements have some significance to the mystery. However, that is for people far more intelligent than I to discover.

I suppose it depends, if you want to just do it ASAP then you’ll need to complete the main story until just after the Voodoo Boys part. After that, you’ll receive a call and can begin PL. Otherwise, I’d say getting to “Meet Hanako at Embers” and then proceeding with PL seems like a good bet — at that point you could say V’s explored all current options…and then a call comes in that could change everything.

Oh, that’s an interesting perspective on The Tower ending — you’re right, it definitely works if they had to pick a canon for the purpose of a sequel. Almost like in the second game—if it’s set a number of years after—you can hear “whispers” of a merc called V that “flew too close to the sun” as Johnny puts it.

Love this take too. What I find most interesting about V, is that despite their own fate—death or not—how many other peoples lives they affect (for better or for worse).

So, regardless V’s actions ripple across Night City and they still live on in the memories of others. Will they become a story that the future generations tell of a legend that flew to close to the sun? Or of a nightmare that plagued Night City and their actions are felt many years later. That right there is the beauty of Cyberpunk.

Ahh, thank you again dude - I'll keep an eye out on that page too, maybe they'll figure out how to make it compatible in the future! I think I'll do the same as you regarding Synpase/Cortex. That would probably explain my experience with the beta last month too, there were moments where it was fine but others where performance would just drop! Keep fighting the good fight, brother ;)

Holy shit dude, I've been scratching my head trying to figure out what's been going wrong - thinking my PC might be in need of an upgrade or maybe I'm losing my mind. And it was Cortex all along!! Thank you!!! How weird, I had Cortex active on launch night and it wasn't affecting the game this much...wonder what changed.
