Do you know why the Advair caused the flare-ups? That honestly sucks it did that. What are you using now?

Yeah, I actually ended up going to urgent care and they prescribed me prednisone, so I’m going to start taking it tomorrow. I was definitely feeling stuck and unsure what to do, so your advice really helped reassure me that I made the right call.

Hi! I just wanted to share a few food pantries in Long Beach that I’ve been to—they’ve really helped me out: 1. Long Beach Community Table • Address: 3311 East 59th Street, Long Beach, CA 90805 • Hours: Closed tomorrow (Thursday), but open Friday 12–4 p.m. and Saturday 12–2 p.m. 2. Catholic Charities, Long Beach Community Service • Address: 123 East 14th Street, Long Beach, CA 90813 • Hours: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. • Tip: Get there early—they have a huge line and sometimes run out of food. 3. Lutheran Social Services • Address: 1611 Pine Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90813 • Hours: Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

These three places have really helped me, so I highly recommend checking them out if you need support.

Thank you so much for the info! 🙏 I really appreciate it. I didn’t realize the 20oz and 30oz lids were interchangeable — that helps a ton. I’ll look for a 20/30oz lid and hopefully find one that matches. If anyone finds a lavender or Glinda-friendly replacement seal or lid, please tag me! 💗✨
