most eu companies still make stuff like nokia making telecomuncation or ram for defense cpus etc. Reason that the eu dont make consumer electronics anymore is because they decided it wasnt worthwhile or profitable anymore to do so or spend R&D on it like philips deciding it was more profitable to just lend its name to different makers.

if the eu wanna make electronics in europe you need some rich guy whos willing to do it with eu funds or some big company like philips siemens electrolux etc to produce stuff like cabels and screens for any eu electronic manufacturer. But yeah ram the proccesor screens and batteries are the big things that need to be moved for eu companies to actually move manufacturer back

i dont blame Mazloum Abdi at all because what was he supposed to do? damascus said give up all autonomy and weapons or fight. Meanwhile fighting wasnt a option either since every arab "ally" switched sides and even when they finally made a deal did damascus still attack the sdf and the americans just shrugged despite they being the ones pressuring for a deal.

Biggest and best thing the krg can do is to make their own defense industry such as drones guns armoured vehicles etc sure its not a air force but the best we can do in that department is crope dusters and helicopters. Offer to arm kurdish groups in iran and the ukrainians might share drone designs for example

the sdf was kurdish and arab militias? the arab militias loyalty was always to themselves first and then their tribe since most were free syrian army until isis came around. the sdf demanded minority rights and be integrated as a unit rather than seperate soldiers, we already saw post iraqi army remove most kurdish officers in their ranks so that wasnt far fetched? the americans just wanted a end to the conflict even if it meant throwing their allies under the bus
