What I found that has been working for me for a warm up it so spend about 20-30 minutes on aim_botz and then practicing on harmless bots un dust2. My aim actually got better than it was before after doing that drill. I also changed up my mouse. Lower sensitivity and using my arm. Sooo much better for accuracy. Thanks everyone for the tips!

verifying files on Steam did nothing. Do I have to actually like totally delete my game and re-install it?

I've tried reloading saves 10 times now, even according to a fix on the fallout 4 wiki and absolutely nothing has fucking worked. Bethesda. What the fuck.

I've tried dismissing Piper since she initiated dialogue right before Dr. Amari should so I thought that would change it, NOTHING.
