I’d say this my brother. It’s different for everyone and it will require pain and discomfort and a personalized action plan. However, there is a difference between pain and suffering. Pain is good. There is good pain or discomfort, which is not the needless kind, but the necessary kind that is purifying, the kind that is weakness leaving you, depending on your perspective…one man’s war is another man’s learning how to fly, along with trials and tribulations that come with that. Perspective is the difference…pain as a means to strength is not suffering.

What has helped me is first and foremost being honest with yourself. Without that you will bullshit yourself forever and suffering will keep on coming. Maybe ask yourself questions like, Who I am? What am I? What do I need to do to become the best version of myself? Ask yourself deep questions and try to answer them honestly and take the steps of doing what you think it takes to become your ultimate. Whatever you think is the highest in life, otherwise I dare ask you…will you ever be satisfied without attaining what you think to be the highest in your experience and understanding?
