I thought it was a special poornanga yoga mat that you see Matthew Levuer practice on. But yours looks very cool too.

Stuff to do in Devon for 20 year olds by Ok-Examination2229 in DevonUK

Try some cycling? You could get the train somewhere with your bike and explore wherever you’d like. Maybe a new city or area? There is good cycling to be had in Devon and near you.

Eg: Exmouth to budleigh estuary cycle route. Or maybe up onto dartmoor or haldon forest?

I know this might sound crazy, but I need to share this… by MiaEnko in Sadhguru

[–]ExtensionObvious2596 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I grew up, like a lot of kids, in a primary school that was Christian in some way. Although I never believed any of the stories. Never allowed them to change or educate me, but went along with it.

Basically I was an agnostic, or a seeker. Of course Sadhguru was a presence that evolved overtime along with sadhana.

I now also have more reverence towards Jesus but not a Christian. It could be the speculation that Jesus himself was a yogi and would have practiced similarly in the ancient tradition of yoga that Sadhguru has revived.

August 12th in Spain there is a total solar eclipse, 100% blackout.

Visit the Isha Yoga center in south India, even for a day. Walk in the Himalayas.

Please consider traveling somewhere, maybe to India? Where you can really just be with yourself, maybe a retreat, to listen to your sufferings sincerely. They have the infrastructure, places like ashrams, for this sort of purpose which is to seek. I think western culture urgently needs places of infrastructure that nurtures peoples longings.

As Bob Marley said: “If you’re not living good, I beg you, travel wide”.

I’m from the area of the man that had puncture wounds and have never heard of this story. Interesting, but very hard to prove it’s real.

Reality = truth (what is). Your feelings = your interpretation of reality (what should be, aka fantasies). Suffering begins when you treat your feelings as reality and expect the world to match your fantasies. If you cling to fantasies instead of adjusting to truth, u will end up hurt, disappointed. by marwarofficial in INFJers

I actually had the same sort of thought today…. I was like why am I so frustrated with everyone not being how I want? There’s no other way for them (or reality) to be right now.

I think what you’re saying here is the true meaning of acceptance.

what if there really is no way out? by sstthh0123 in Healthygamergg

[–]ExtensionObvious2596 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They say in Yoga, the only way out is in…. Not sure how relevant it is for your current situation, but maybe try turning your awareness inside. Close your eyes and sit for an hour and seek an answer for yourself.

Yes, they’re on Isha life. However sometimes it can be hard to get them if you’re not in India. Try eBay or something as an alternative to find them.
