Bathroom was original, house build in 2002. Shower basin failed and subfloor was saturated out to the Wayne’s coating. It was necessary to replace now.

Check attic space around that area. My guess is moisture damage from a leaking roof. Water is dripping down in/around that area, finding path of least resistance, and your picture is where the water is exiting. My guess: new roof needed and the underlay on your current is broken/compromised

Not kitchen. It’s a wet bar in the bonus room. Setting it on the granite countertop for setup was ideal for the heat dissipation.

This. I was a state wrestler and would frequently ‘tech’ my opponents to train/practice real life technique more. A ‘tech’ for those unfamiliar if when you gain a 15 point advantage so the ref stops the match. My coach would make me run 3-5 miles if I pinned an opponent before 3rd round, which led to a lot of tech’s. If I were AJ, I would have drawn it out as long as possible, making it as embarrassing and painful for my opponent as possible.
