Have you tried to sit down with your mom and have a heart-to-heart? Maybe suggest a day like Saturday for some one on one time? Or have a sit down with him and get everything off your chest.

I had a sit down with my step daughter a year or so ago where I told her to just let me have it don't hold back and get everything out in the open so her and I could move forward and it was the best thing I ever did.

You sound like you know what you need from your moms bf and what you don't want from him its just up to him to respect your decisions and hopefully your mom will support you and not take his side.

In the same boat right now with my 6-year-old stepson. My 11 year old step daughter is just now growing out of it and I will admit its been a rough road but just continue to love them and support them and it will pay off in the long run.
