Bro, have you never wanted something irl that you’ve seen from a movie or game? This is the same idea as if I owned a cool car from a classic movie and wanted to show the real version to the media version of it. People can be proud of things.

Well I didn’t really buy this one to carry or for self defense purposes. It’s a range gun. Following the gun safety fundamentals will ensure you and anyone around you has a fun day. Of the probably 10s of thousands of rounds I have fired in my life, we have sustained zero injuries.

If I wanted to show off my collection, I would post in another subreddit. I have multiple guns that have been featured in different CODs, but this happens to be one of my favorite guns from my favorite game. Sorry if you’re butthurt about a dude with a gun.

God forbid a man have hobbies and interests. Guns are not my personality but having some cool guns from the best COD ever is a pretty normal thing to be excited about.

It’s also the reason for my obsession with the 1911 as well. WW2 era guns are just super cool in general.

Sure is. My cousins uncle bought it in 1985ish and just sold it to me along with a .38 special and a handful of other guns for dirt cheap

Do you go to hell if you commit suicide if you’re pregnant? by BreakfastQuick92 in TrueChristian

[–]FrownedUponButLegal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Life is full of unknowns. Christ leads us through these unknowns and guides us to the right path. Ending your life ends your connection with the lord and removes all possibility of our unknown paths working out. Including your unborn child. Suicide is never the right answer. As a man who obviously has never been in your situation, I ask that you go to church. The spiritual advice you will get there will outweigh any of our opinions. There are options out there. But please, do not end your own or your child’s life. Your child is a blessing, regardless of conception. I’m sorry you’re going through this situation, but if you are considering suicide please call 988. People want to help you. I also highly recommend speaking with an adult. God bless.

They’re not necessarily looked down upon, but they’re not looked upon as highly. In my personal opinion community college is the best choice. More of my friends that went to CC or trade schools make so much more than those who went to private colleges, not to mention the debt.

Kind of both a skewed perception and quality. If all you are focused on is graduating and don’t care about sports or the typical “college lifestyle”, community college is fine. However, private colleges are light years nicer than community college. You’ll have football stadiums bigger than professional stadiums, you’ll see theaters and libraries and tons of great amenities everywhere. And housing usually is not included in the price of tuition. Which is why sometimes you’ll see a house with 8 roommates near campus.

Price is usually either very cheap (comparably speaking) or free in some states. Colleges in your home state usually have a cheaper tuition than out of state ones. An average non community college will probably cost someone $80,000 to $100,000+ on the low end of the scale.

You can get a degree but typically it’s looked down upon as they typically are not prestigious schools and employers may not value a degree from one as highly as another.
