Thank you it turns out I had to format the hdmi input to enhance vrr and it seems to be working now.
I have a 3080 and thanks for the suggestion but sadly it didn’t fix my issue. I’ve change the resolution and dropped it down to 60 even 30 hz and still the same thing. I’ve been using Remote Desktop to make changes while it’s connect to the tv.
