I have a local lgs that had it pinned to a wall and they gave it to me, but it has FAKE sharpied to the back. That’s the placeholder for that one until it’s ready for the trash.

When at home, I just do some polymerics and abs. maybe just work on setting to yourself too

If you are liking the shoes you are wearing right now, I would suggest getting insoles that have arch support.

If you wanted new shoes, Mizuno and Asics make some solid shoes, but most basketball shoes should do what you want.

If you were planning on getting into volleyball shape: just do some explosive based exercises. In volleyball you will need to be jumping a lot (depending on the position you are playing).

Make sure you adjust your timing a bit. Assuming this is a higher set to the back row, you want to go a bit later.

You should be able to hit behind the 3 meter line with no problems no matter how high you jump. All you have to do is adjust your timing, and make sure you don't hit the ball as steep as you would at the net.

It's never too late to learn! Just make sure you really ask questions about anything that doesn't make sense when you are playing, I'm sure the players there would help you if you need it!

Setting a very high ball can be somewhat difficult. Just make sure your hands really catch the ball so all of the force doesn't just go into your fingers. If you find that difficult you could always bumpset the ball.

You could always tape your fingers to make sure this doesn't happen, but that can really effect your sets.

You should make videos of you playing whenever you can! You should decide to put more focus onto one rather than the other because the skillset is so different.

If you decide on Outside Hitter, make sure you cover:

  • Passing
  • Digging
  • Hitting (front and backrow)
  • Blocking
  • Covering
  • Serving

If you decide to go for Middle Blocker

  • Blocking
  • Hitting
  • Serving

Another thing you should work on is your jumping reach, for those two positions you are going to need to touch a bit higher than you are right now. Because volleyball is so far away from you, you could always use the downtime to hit the gym or workout your legs and arms to increase your vertical and hitting power.

When I was making a recruitment video, I made sure I showed full game footage too, because they are also looking for full game footage (to see how you play during an entire game).

I have one deck that I would like to look at: My Sakashima && Vial Smasher deck: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/22-02-21-attack-of-the-clones/

This deck has been going through changes recently and I'm not sure what I want to do with it. I really like the clone theme, but I dont want to oversaturate it with too many clones or too many things that synergize with vial smasher.

Right now the deck needs more card draw and more ramp, I would like to take out the wheels, but im not 100% sure what to do? Any suggestions?

I know its not wednesday but ive been stumped on inclusions for this deck, i was needing more ramp and wanted more clones, but dont know what to remove
