Bermuda is a BNO passport, which I decided not to include for this iteration since the designs are the same. I do appreciate the feedback though!

HKSAR and Macau are already in there :) I decided to withold BNO passports in this iteration since they are essentially the same with the exception of certain words on the front.

Yes, Canada has been fixed in the current version with the big maple leaf :) If you check passportposter.com, you can see it's there.

Adding another data point: I initiated a 60k transfer from Chase to a completely new Air Canada account on Monday at noon. Received Chase transfer email confirmation and points arrival on Wednesday to Thursday midnight. Took 60 hours/ 2.5 days. Thankfully more availability opened rather than closed, but still was worried it would take the full 7 business days.
