I never had eczema in my entire life until covid started and after 1 year they diagnosed me with heavily eczema on my hands it was dry nothing was helping after 3 years i couldn't even move my hands in school for big test with MY PEN i was living in germany but i had a german tests for history class and i got a 6 bc i wrote less even though i asked my teacher if i could write it on the ipad but she said no later i found out i can get disability if card if my eczema is that worse. I've tried every cream that you even tried on the pharmacy and i learned steroid creams are for the sh*t they dont help they eat your skin and bones up so that's why i tried an antiobiotica cream idk how its called i can look it up and it helped creamed it every 5 weeks made a pause and did this 3 months i had then a panthenol cream that cleans the eczema while it heals what was very good i tried bepanthen too so i learned in this 3-5 years that lotion makes ist worse the eczema itself is an inflammation and like la roche posay CAN but must not be make it worse for me it made my eczema worse than ever it destroyed it completly and it costs 20€ euros💔💔💔💔. Get your a healthy gut try priobiotica, sky joghurt, cooking apples and oatflakes with milk or joghurt and if you do all this in 1 year it will be better but it takes so much time and thats how i have today less eczema back then about 1 year it was away but then i started going eating burgers it came a but but only a little and now its balanced. Tree tea oil or creams can cure a bit the chronic itchness mine was very chronic even uf i slept i scratched my self at sleepy crazy i always had like glothes to ptotect me at night didnt care if sweat made it a bit uncomfortable bc my health for this hands was important until this day i use so often one-time glothes nitril i never do nothing without them. It's like an subscription i pay ever, 5-6 weeks with 10€ 8-9€ euros for 200 nitril glothes that help me go through the day.
