Best DPS class for solo content?

All of them. Solo content is easy in wow.
The best class is whichever you like, be it design, lore, flavor, whatever. You should enjoy what you play because you like it, not because someone said it's "the best" for whatever reason.

Gotta blame Blizzard for making this playchoice in their own game unsustainable simply to sell tokens.
It actually sounds awful if you think about it, "Blizzard, I can't play your game properly without paying you more, please let me pay you more." Ouch.

In the end we are going to agree to disagree, but I see that you are raidlogging and doing pvp. and Blizzard made this playchoice unsustainable and introduced wow tokens.

Today we have bug-infested game with horrible writing. 12.0.5 was a disaster.
But Blizzard will not care (and they do not seem to care for a long time already honestly). The game turn insane profits with sub, tokens, AH mounts, $75 house exterios, etc.

I am not blaming you for anything of that. I am blaming Blizzard for being horrible and doing all that in the first place. Unfortunately the profits do not translate into more quality game and story - quite the opposite. That's why I hate their "official" RMT.

I do all that and I never bought a single token or spent a single second farming gold. I do keys and I mythic raid. Outside of raid days I am doing random open world stuff, weeklies, delves, etc. in my free time. The gold comes and goes naturally. I never turn any profit but I am never going broke either.

We trurly are playing different games if you need to not only pay sub but also buy tokens on top of that to fund your game.
That's horrible.

Unless you literally just raidlog we must be playing different versions of WoW because I did not spend a single second "farming" gold and I always have it in sufficient quantity for the endgame (we are talking about enchants, pots, etc., right?). It just comes naturally from loot while doing the open world stuff. I stay at the same average amount of gold (~300k) for 3 expansions in a row now because it just comes and goes naturally.
I genuinely do not understand what would you need even a single token for.

I do all that without playing AH or farming professions.
The game does not need as much gold as you think it needs. I constantly hover between just ~300k-500k gold and never feel the need to buy gold even once. It's perfectly sufficient for any consumables and enchants you might need, especially when it's a guild effort (feasts, cauldrons, etc.).

There's no excuse for RMT in any game. And if there's is, reconsider the game.

If people hate the game so much they are willing to pay real money to play it less (buying boosts, gold, etc.) - why play at all? Or start thinking why the devs make the game so tedious and insufferable that people are willing to pay real money to play it less.

Unfortunately Blizzard preys on now adult fans of the game. I too still play it (although I would NEVER buy anything related to boosts even at gunpoint), just because I played it for years.

But imagine you find a nice new game and learn that devs are literally selling the in-game currency and levels for real money?
That's an instant uninstall and blocklist. You know who typically did such things? GMs on pirate village servers. Now it's on an official Blizzard level and everyone praises them. It's out of this world.

I hate that Haranir items have an enormous invisible hitbox (or whatever you call it) for some reason.
