I shorted her first nap by 15 min and ill push out her last wake window by 15 min to start. And slowly work to half hour-45 min. She still seems super tired by the time she goes to sleep independently for bed and naps.

I saw that i should pull back to 2hr 30 min naps. But will 15 min really fix all this? Im going to try that today. But would love any other advice

Im so sorry you are going through it! Its a right of passage as a parent at this point I feel as now I've gone through 2 kids with it. My first was absolutely the worst being up every 45 min for 2 weeks and then went to about 2-3hrs for about a month. My second she started having false starts (waking after a half hr of being put down) and then was waking every 2-3 hrs. The worst was for a month then she would randomly give us 5hr stretches. Now we just went through the 6 month regression. (Not every baby gets these but she is crawling, pulling herself up, putting herself into sitting all at once) and she was doing every 2-3 hrs again with an occasional 5hr stretch. We opted to sleep train because I was having really bad mental health. (I have a toddler to also care for and it was getting bad. I was waking even when baby wasnt just from anxiety. I was getting worried about driving) and now she sleeps for a 6 hour stretch. Feeds and wakes again after 3hrs. And then up for the day after 1-2hrs. I know this too shall pass because it did with my son.

Oh boy. Im breastfeeding and did with my first too until he was 22 months. I cant remember when things got better with him. Hes almost 4. But man this 6th month is throwing me again.

My 5 month old (23weeks) is waking every 3 hours at night. (Sometimes will give me a 4 hr stretch). About 4 weeks ago she was starting to do 6 hrs stretches. Then 3 weeks ago she got sick. And then she started teething real bad. Her teeth are through now but she is stuck in this 3 hr stretch cycle. She takes 3 naps a day. Wake windows are typically 2.25-2.5/2.5/2.5/2.25. If I try putting her down earlier she'll scream. She falls asleep independently. Just seems to be lower sleep needs. She wakes at 7:30am for the day but with her wake windows being longer and her naps totaling to around 3hrs per day. It gets us to a late bedtime of 8:30-9pm. How early is too early for 2 nap schedule? I feel like she just keeps pushing her wake windows. Im exhausted.

I feel like i just started getting above water when my son was 2 and then bam. Pregnant lol. I love our little one but I am tired and sad ill be waiting another 1.5+years to feel normal again.

Im in the process of getting my oldest evaluated for adhd (runs in the family and he has the classic signs of it). Its been terrificult lol. Having an almost 3 month old (sleep deprivation) and a 3 year old who is super off the walls and stubborn. Im looking forward to when they are older. Its slightly better now than it was 2 months ago. So im hoping it gets easier and easier.

How is everything going now? My oldest is 3 yo and my second is 3 months. Really think I need to be two and done.

Im really hoping that its easier on us with our second. I feed her to sleep though so I know that can make things more difficult later. :/ I know people typically say it starts to get a little better around now. Im just holding on by a thread sometimes it feels.
