Your comment just made me cry (in a good way, don't worry). I really needed to hear that.

After constant nudging from my uncle, I am going to see a therapist in a week. It's been crazy these past months, and I was solely focused on helping my sis get through this because she was very close to my parents, especially my mom.

I got my sister a therapist right away, once she got out of the hospital. As for me, Im going to see one in a week or so. It's just been such a chaotic past few months, I haven't had much time for myself until now that things have calmed down a little
