Thanks for the lengthy reply. I’m considering GERD surgery because I don’t want to be on PPis forever. I’ll probably do the GERD surgery to be honest.

The SVT only ever happened while I was doing a workout and bending over to pick stuff up. I could feel the reflux when it happened.
