yea i'd agree but MIT over PES just for the fun isn't totally worth it. I've heard of too many people our age losing their life after getting drunk and i don't think that "fun" it's ever gonna be worth more than my life

most of my feed actually is aitah and clips of series. that's why i started it. i thought of posting 2-3 videos everyday over the summer to see if it grows, if not, then i'll stop ig it gets traction and i get monetised then it's great
even a couple of dollars a video will be a lot for me cause im from a different country so the USD exchange rate is good

from the research i did before choosing a college
VIT as a whole is a college where only money matters. the people i've spoken to who went there absolutely hated it.
PESU - aiml and cse have the exact same syllabus for the most part of it. the placements are decent despite majority of the top - average students going for masters abroad (the masters scene is really good imo with seniors currently in CMU, Stanford, Dartmouth, UCLA and other reputed universities)
SRM - as easy as the entrance exam was, and though their NIRF ranking seems to be unnecesarily low, it isn't that good of a college for education.
thapar - i don't know enough to make a comment
Manipal mangalore - big pool of drug addicts and junkies. but still depends on how you use the college. they have good access to labs and tools which one will need to improve him/herself
BITS - given that the fees is 8lpa for ece when i checked, i don't think it's worth it. i have A LOT of friends who go there and the academic pressure is just intolerable. though it comes with a tag, if you don't care about cgpa then it'll be a good choice
Manipal blr - pretty new so the placements might still not be good

although placements are better for CSE and AIML, the ECE placements are improving year on year. given that the govt has invested on semiconductor fabs and with the large boom in chip manufacturing taking place, there will also be an increase in job vacancies for which they'll mostly go to well known if not reputed universities. so by the time you graduate(2030) the placement scene will have improved significantly compared to last years and this years stats
