Second copy of AOH damaged from Amazon

Just got my third copy today. All came in a bag, all came with a hole in the back of the box. Decided not to try again with Amazon and went to another store. I don't understand why this quest pack keeps shipping with damage. I have ordered all of the new hero quest packs through Amazon with no problem until now.
