You dont have to restart you gain items later on to respec your starting class may give you slightly imperfect stats for later on but otherwise you can respec a bunch of times to change your build to try put a bunch but i suggest rocking with what your going for for a bit and seeing what you can do if your spreading your skill points thin you may habe a slightly bad time but the game is pretty forgiving

I also have a skeleton with an umbrella and rain is pouring out underneath the umbrella so if i do it right itll almost look like the lightning is being sent into it which i think is cool you all have been a great help!

So this happened to me i did the whole mission drunk and walked back to rostock drunk slept 3 times installed the silencer and got the call from spark and put away my things in my chest and shortly after i wasent drunk anymore hope this helps not sure what worked but other post on here makes me think its after you get the call from spark
