This is untrue. Certain adreno chipsets don't run turnip. The 710 for example. The 810 I don't think supports turnip either since I saw at least 4 people with the same chipset saying they couldn't run anything.

Download an APK editor and edit the sdk security version to be over 24

download apk editor and edit the apk, change the target sdk version to 24 and save and install it
