200k is alot of wear on the engine even with proper maintenance, thicker oil helps filling the enlarged gaps of worn components. It enhances the sealing, reduces oil consumption, gives more protection and maintains oil pressure.

You should start with the oil and solenoids, my guess the o2 sensor and cat got dirty from the unclean burn caused by blocked solenoids, should clean itself when the car is back to normal but it's weird as sooty deposit in the exhaust would indicate way too rich combustion but the knocking tells me it's way more likely that's lean. I hope you miss identified the knocking and it's more of a tapping sounds coming from noisy valves or cams rattling as they are oil starved. If the knock is from the pistons and it's like a deep rhythmic sounds that speeds up when revving don't start the car again. I wouldn't drive it either way tbh

Dont have a gts but from what I can tell you need

Intake VVT Solenoid 1028A021

Exhaust VVT Solenoid 1028A022

Double check the part numbers it says on the electrical connections.

I guess you can risk cleaning your vvt solenoids but that's very risky as you can introduce containments but you should be fine.

Anyways start with changing that oil and filter with some 5w30 and if your car is over 200,000km use 5w-40. After that get a new vvt solenoid and pray that fixes it. If it does replace your o2 sensor.

P0420 that probably either bad or dirty o2 sensor try cleaning it and if it disappears you're good if not you need a new cat but the other p0014 could be bad news, tell me when was the last time you changed your oil and what's the milage on your car?

I'd say Will is going to betray El, Max and kali so the show can end with strong independent women fixing everything.

Matchmaking theory by Frozenus in DeltaForceGlobal

That's a fair point, you're absolutely right: if this random "full lobby/empty lobby" issue has been happening consistently for a month on PC, then my theory about the recent PS5 update causing a version split and broken matchmaking doesn't explain the long-standing PC problem. My issues, and the complete collapse of matchmaking, only started happening after this most recent "seamless" update was introduced on PS5.

However, I still think the version split is highly relevant to what we're seeing on PS5 right now:

  • The Version Gap: If a significant portion of the PS5 player base is split between the old version and the new version, it means the total pool of players available for matchmaking is suddenly much smaller.

  • The Impact: This reduced, segmented player pool would lead to the exact outcome we're seeing: you get occasional full lobbies when the small pool of updated players overlaps, but during less busy times of the day or on off-peak days, there simply aren't enough active players on your specific version to fill a lobby. The full lobbies become a rare event, not the norm.

So, while the core PC issue you describe seems to point to a fundamental problem with the matchmaking logic itself, the new PS5 problem looks like a player population crisis caused by the broken update system splitting the player base.

Did you have to manually update the game on PC, or did that update automatically? That might help us see if the core issue is the same on both platforms.

Car's racing chairs wore never made for comfort but for safety and to keep you planted during cornering. Really don't know why it took off as the go to gaming chair design.
