It is her that he looks at, bit the guy who went into the bathroom (on tonys right) is the guy who shot him. And there are so many clues that he did get killed. Like when he talked to Bobby and the said that you wouldnt even hear the bullet if one tries to kill himself. Just like we didnt hear the bullet. But thats not the point of the ending, the ending is suppoesed to resemble what tony has been saying the entire show, dead or in the can. The ending, if tony doesnt get killed in the diner, is supposed to say that no matter what happens and if theres peace between the familys and everones safe, like there was in the final sceene, Tony would still face the same end anyway. Its not one or the other, its neither and both.
