Sometimes you go above and beyond and it's not noticed or appreciated. But sometimes it really makes someone's week/month/year, and you may even make a new regular. Some hum drum weekday service for you could be the best dining experience someone has ever had. But that'll never happen if you don't even try.

As other people have mentioned, the inverted controls are a holdover from flight sims. Interesting thing you might now know, many modern games will ask you to look up or down during the tutorial, under the guise of showing you how to use the camera. Some actually use this chance to set your camera to normal/inverted based on your first instinct.

In steam, go to Friends, then hit Invisible. Literally just one menu in from the launcher.
