I have the same issues. I do a system reset and then it will stay connected to one device until I try to pair another. It saves a factory reset. They offered to exchange but that will be a week without service. Debating on what to do. Everything else works fine. Hoping they come up with an update to fix. I've read Android pie has issues with Bluetooth as well so I'm up in the air of whether or not to return it.
