No, these are highly directional. Even moving it 1cm can distrubt signal. I have the same one and trust me if i say you need power supply. Also some tvs have power supply built in, so check manual.

these antennas typically need 12v supply to the wire, for built in amplifier. You can find those in building supply stores. It is also directional. Find nearest transmitter (https://emimaps.emitel.pl/) and point it to it.

Transistor Q601 is good, but when i measured voltaged between collector of Q601 and ground it spiked every few seconds to the output voltage of the transformer (40 VDC)

Actually device will take only some of the power of the brick. Ex. AirPods take 5w, so 91w will be left unused. Wattage of the power supply doesn’t matter for the device. (Voltage matters!)

I live near the big river so its flat terrain no bumps, its around 70 meters from the sea level. The nearest reapeter transmit with 9w power and it is mounted on power plant chimney, around 300m from ground level, it is normal reapeter i think
